Children in need 2018
Hello, we are the School Council. Our role is to represent the views of our classes at meetings with Mr McDonald (our Deputy Head) and to suggest things that we might like to do. We then discuss our ideas and report back to our classmates.
For instance, we suggested raising money for Children in Need, by organising our own t-shirt design competition, called ‘spotify your t-shirt’. As you can see, it was incredibly popular and we spent most of our playtimes and lunchtimes last week organising it. At the end of the week, we hung all of the ‘spotified t-shirts’ out on washing lines in the hall, then picked out the finalists and voted for the winners, who were awarded with their prizes by our very own ‘Pudsey’!
