Welcome to Year 6

Staff in year 6: Mrs Solanki, Mr Howarth, Ms Goalby and Mrs Hobbs.

Daily reminders: reading book and a water bottle.

In year 6 we have PE every Wednesday. Children are expected to come into school wearing their uniform and change into their PE clothes in school. PE clothes should be kept in lockers for the half term.

  • Elevenses with David Walliams David Walliams has been reading some of his brilliant stories online. Become a story reviewer for the day! Listen to his stories and recommend your favourite. You may want to send in your review, post a vlog or design a blurb for the one you enjoyed the most!
  • CBBC Newsround Keep up to date with all the latest news and interest articles from Newsround. Read then discuss an article of interest and gather some general knowledge about the world.
